Getcha Smile is 3D printed with a ceramic infused resin that mimics the appearance of natural looking teeth. This resin is also used for actual crowns, veneers, and denture teeth that you would receive from a licensed dentist. They are not plastic looking or feeling like other competitors.

Getcha Smile is an affordable, convenient alternative to dental cosmetics that gives you the perfect smile in an instant. You can get a perfect looking smile that covers chipped, discolored, crooked or missing teeth with these cosmetic teeth veneers, without the need for expensive dental treatment. You can even eat and drink while wearing them. It is important to continue standard care of your natural teeth on a daily basis. 

There are three steps to the process:  

1) Your at-home impression kit will arrive in a few days and we will guide you through the process at home.  

2) You’ll mail the impressions back to our laboratory using the pre-paid return label. We’ll get to work on digitally designing your smile and hand crafting your veneers.  

3) We’ll mail your GETCHA SMILE directly to your home in about two weeks! 

 To insert your Getcha Smile, first check that they are aligned correctly to fit over your natural teeth. Place the product over your teeth, gently apply pressure on your canine / fang teeth until it clips into place. Do not force it, do not press on the back clips of the product. 

To remove, place index fingers above canines (fang teeth) and gently apply pressure downwards. Once removed, do not twist or flex your Getcha Smile, as this may damage it. 

Yes, this is perfectly normal, and is nothing to worry about. Remember that your Getcha Smile is custom-made to your teeth and as such will only fit your mouth. If your veneers become loose or uncomfortable to wear and you are within your manufacturer's warranty then please discontinue use, and contact us immediately. Do not cut or trim or attempt to alter your veneers in any way as this will void your warranty. 

No, these products are only for cosmetic purposes and cannot be covered with insurance.

1) Rinse under running water to remove saliva and debris

2) Use a soft toothbrush with mild soap or non-abrasive toothpaste to gentrly brush the appliance

*Avoid using hot water, bleach or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the appliance

*Store your appliance in a clean, dry case when not in use to protect it from damage and contaminations

You are not a candidate for Getcha Smile if you have any loose/mobile teeth. 

Yes, once you have sent us your impressions, they are scanned and digitized into our system. You will not need to take more impressions for each product. For returning customers, we will be able to 3D print your models already on file to begin production of your new appliance. 

Custom Appliances cannot be refunded. Given the nature of the manufacturing process, each appliance is custom-made to the impression we receive, therefore, we cannot offer a refund once we've started making your appliance. We take the time and care to meticulously craft your appliance to the shape of the impression. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, be sure to submit your request before the crafting process has begun, we will process that request if it meets the criteria stated in our policy.  

If the customer's impressions are not returned within 30 days of placing an order and a refund is requested, the cost of the impression kit ($49.99) and shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.
